Quality Control

At Creacted International Factory Unit Quality control begins by checking raw materials for compliance with specifications. To achieve the maximum standard we continuously monitors the products and user requirement right from the production stage up to the final dispatch. Material Standard

We provide European & U.S. material Standards like Cz121, Cz122, CUZN39PB3, MS58 and C360 and also provide material as per R.O.H.S. standards.

Surface Finish, Plating

For Surface Finish, Plating we outsourced it locally. There are so many well equipped electroplaters available locally, who can do golden plating, Silver Plating, Copper plating, Tin Plating, Lead Plating etc, as per requirements.

Leakage Testing

At Creacted International Factory Unit All casting parts and assembly products are under 100% leakage test.

Final Inspection before Delivery

Our Inspector performs sampling check from the packaged products, and qualified products are allowed for delivery from finished products warehouse.

Packaging

We Provide A wide range of option for packaging material like corrugated boxes, wooden cases, pallet packing etc, as per requirements.
